The pay monthly website plan includes the design and build of your website, hosting for 12 months, domain setup or domain connection, professional email setup, contact form integration, mobile-friendly design, website launch, and basic on-page SEO. What is included depends on the package you choose.

During the 12-month payment term, the website remains managed and controlled by Start and Snap. Full ownership and handover are available once the agreed amount has been paid in full.

If Start and Snap registers the domain on your behalf, it remains under Start and Snap’s control until the payment plan has been completed in full. If you already own a domain, you may need to transfer it or provide the necessary access for setup. Standard domains only are included, subject to availability.

If a payment is missed, a grace period of up to 30 days may apply. If payment is not received within that time, Start and Snap may suspend the website or remove it from public view until the account is brought up to date. No ownership transfer will take place unless the balance has been paid in full.

Yes. You can settle the remaining balance at any time during the 12-month term. Once the full amount has been paid, Start and Snap can arrange handover of the website and the relevant account access where applicable.

At the end of the 12-month term, you can either take full control of the website and related services or continue with a Start and Snap hosting or management package, based on the options and pricing available at that time. If you take over the website, you will become responsible for future hosting, domain renewals, and related third-party costs.

Yes, but ongoing edits, additional pages, redesign work, content changes, and support are not included in the monthly website plan unless specifically stated. Any extra work requested will be quoted separately at Start and Snap’s current rates.

During the payment plan term, website access and technical control remain with Start and Snap to protect the structure of the managed package. Client admin access, third-party developer access, or external changes are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
